Mileage Policy Update

Here's a quick update on our policy changes:

Daily mileage allowance is now set at 150 km.

Excess mileage charges are now fixed at $0.25/km.

We made these changes to keep Drive mate relevant and attractive to our guests.

Introducing Trip Modification and Extension in Drive mate!

Introducing our latest feature for an enhanced travel experience – Trip Modification and Extension, now available on our web and our mobile apps.

Trip Modification: 

Easily adjust or extend your trips to accommodate changes in your plans.

Trip Extension:

Extend your trips even after pickup.

Benefits: Enjoy the flexibility to adapt your trips according to changing schedules.

Simplified Security Deposit

We wanted to let you know about a change in our policy that makes car sharing even more convenient for you. You will now need to pay a security deposit of $250 once.

Maintain this deposit for 3 trips, if you have completed 3 trips you won't be charged any security deposit.
