One star for this host & this little red car, which he has two almost identical cars for Drive Mate App. Very disappointed. He was late by almost an hour for me to pick up on Saturday morning. The car was dirty both outside & inside. The tyre pressures were 12, 17 & 19 psi for the spare, the passenger side & driver’s side. Even this basic safety check wasn’t done by this host. Windscreen washer bottle reservoir was empty! There’s a missing front passenger sun visor?! The car had previously accidents which weren’t repaired when I picked it up. Very dirty car inside & out. I actually gave it a wash. But not a vacuum. If I could, I would only give this host half a star!

Easy pick-up and drop-off instructions. Zippy little car, perfect for running around Sydney for a couple of days. Very efficient air-conditioning.

Steven answers phone calls promptly so that was handy. Complicated to pick up and drop off as handover involved another person that isn't Steven, plus there is no phone reception in the basement floor where the car is parked, which made starting the trip on the app tricky. Make sure you arrive much earlier to allow for delays from this long process. Prior to this, I booked two of their other cars in the same building, both of which wouldn't turn on, so I cancelled and ultimately booked this car - the Instant Booking was helpful, at least. Anyway, I was told the other cars will be repaired so I hope that has happened since my booking. This car worked okay.

The mirror on the left is a bit wobbly at high speeds but i was on highways for most of my work travel to Bega, Goulburn and Maroubra to Sydney and it was a smooth ride up and down the mountains of The Great Dividing Range and Snowy Mountains Highwat.

Steven os always available to answer calls on the car. Drove the car through the Blue Mountains from Katoomba to Winmalee as my work in regional NSW was extended again and rebooked the car. Very happy with the car's performance

Such an easy vehicle to get around in for woek travelling from Canberra to Newcastle to Dubbo. Thr car still has great power doing steep mountain climbs. One half tank at current prices does about 200km. Its not the best car to get around in during the 7 to 10th October showers, and i wasnt confident travelling at the highway speed limit. Breaks are good but the tyre traction in these conditions requires extra caution and care. I would very much book this vehicle again.

Used this car for 2 days. And found some problems. - L) Side mirror is keep moving. - Did not ask for baby seat, it was installed already. - Car is so musty and dirty. -Car rattles. Steven answers calls quick.
