The car exterior was damaged badly, to the right side of the driver's panel and the back left side of the bumper. Windscreens front and back were extremely dirty, interior was super dusty and not clean. Drive was just manageable, might need a service and the brakes may need work

Excellent communication from Host, made the experience seamless. Although car is not in the same physical condition photos show, no major impact to driving it though.

I arrived and the host and car were not there. I spent over an hour trying to contact the host, who wouldn’t answer their phone, and Drive Mate who weren’t particularly helpful. Eventually I was told to just take this car, as the one I originally booked was now unavailable. I had to cancel the old booking and rebook this, which unbeknownst to me was twice the price. Now I’m still waiting on a refund and no one is responding. Will not use this host, or app again.

There was problems with the car when driving on highways. The cars acceleration would drop and then boost off again randomly.
