Great communication, amazingly clean car with lots of different accommodating different AUX plugs depending on which phone anyone would have, along with providing a multi-purpose phone charger to offer the same. The car drives so wel and is in clean and immaculate condition. Rob was extremely easy to meet up and very polite. He even drove down and met up with me again after I had left my wallet in the car when I was returning it to him :) I needed ro extend my hiring of the vehicle and between dealing with DriveMate customer service and Rob, they were each so helpful and understanding towards me. Would definitely hire this car again. Great overall experience!
