I had an excellent experience with both the host and the car. It’s a well-maintained and reliable vehicle. I didn’t have any issues at all — it’s extremely comfortable to drive and easy to manoeuvre. The host was very accommodating and helpful, explaining everything in the best possible way, especially considering it was my first trip using the app. I’m truly grateful for the experience and would highly recommend it to others.

Really easy guy to deal with. Needed to extend my rental. Drive-Mate support were average at best due to limitations in what they could do. Duy was awesome and we worked it out ourselves.
