The experience was good overall. However, I would like to suggest ensuring that the petrol tank is always at the same level when the car is given to customers. I received the car with less than half a tank, which makes it difficult for me to return it at the same level. A full tank policy would make the process much smoother and more convenient.

Quick response from Ami B. Car didn't feel safe driving in torrential rain. Car spun out on a wet patch near a round about.

An absolutely fantastic host/van, the van is very well maintained and I could not fault the host, Ami. Who went above and beyond to fix up a very understandable an error, not on Amis behalf by the way. Get little car to get around. The app didn’t track the location upon pick up that well and had to walk in the rain to find it but that had nothing to do with Barbies performance and energy!
