Car isn't the newest but it drives great. If your are moving nice furniture I recommend some drop sheet ready. I will definitely book again. The car didn't disappoint.

I've hired this van many times and haven't experienced any notable issues. Easy to find and park for pickup and return. Easy auto to drive, reasonable on petrol and has 3 seatbelts and seats in the cabin. Also has tie down points in the cargo area. Lower to the Drive ground than most Ute's, so it makes loading easier and weather isn't an issue with the enclosed cargo rear. Extending hire is easy, as long as the van is available on the calendar. I've hired this van multiple times in the past and just recently again. It's not the prettiest cosmetically but the engine and gearbox are workhorses. The enclosed rear of the van is spacious, weatherproof and has tie shower town points plus a cargo barrier between the cabin and rear cargo area. Not that I've ever had more than 2 people maximum (although, I'm usually by myself) in this van, but the fact that it has 3 seats with seatbelts is fantastic and a rather uncommon feature in many cargo vans or Ute's these days. I've found the petrol engine to be reasonably economical too. Location of pickup and drop off, is easy to locate and there's always been enough parking each time I've done the return. If returning in the evening, I suggest taking a torch or light with you, as the street is not particularly well lit and it will help with taking the return photos etc. There's a petrol station a couple hundred or so metres away, making refuelling easy also. . Instant booking and keyless entry makes pickup and extentions easy, provided the vehicle is available. I think my repeated patronage of this van, clearly states that I recommend this van. I've never had to contact the Host, as I've had no issues, so I assume he keeps the van well maintained mechanically.

Van got the job done however the hazard lights turn on automatically at random and can’t be turned off, you have to wait until they turn back off which can take anywhere between 30 seconds to half an hour. Had to pull over multiple times and returned the vehicle late due to this happening on the highway and was charged a late fee for over $200.

Extremely unsafe and unreliable. The van’s tyres were bald and under-inflated, and it broke down twice during our hire, requiring a tow that delayed our move and affected other appointments. The interior had issues, including a broken armrest, and visibility was severely reduced by an excessively dark window tint. Not roadworthy, would not recommend.

had issue with 2 car bot being accessible before accessing the 3rd option,. this is more reflective on the app/platform allowing me to book these cars when they wont available. was hard to communicate with Mitchell regarding the messed up bookings, wasted half a day simply trying to arrange a car. wont ever use this app for car shares ever again

My original booking for a different vehicle was cancelled by the owner as it didn't have the required Drivemate hardware installed. On my arrival, the car was sitting unlocked on the side of the road with the bonnet open. It was in very poor condition, filthy inside & out and had less than half a tank of fuel. Once I started driving, I noticed it also had mechanical issues, which made me doubt its safety and whether it would get me where I needed to go.
