• Car was comfortable, drove amazing, not bad on fuel only issue was the car smelt like dog/musty when we first got it nothing opening the windows and giving it a good glen 20 didn't fix.

• had issue with 2 car bot being accessible before accessing the 3rd option,. this is more reflective on the app/platform allowing me to book these cars when they wont available. was hard to communicate with Mitchell regarding the messed up bookings, wasted half a day simply trying to arrange a car. wont ever use this app for car shares ever again

• My original booking for a different vehicle was cancelled by the owner as it didn't have the required Drivemate hardware installed. On my arrival, the car was sitting unlocked on the side of the road with the bonnet open. It was in very poor condition, filthy inside & out and had less than half a tank of fuel. Once I started driving, I noticed it also had mechanical issues, which made me doubt its safety and whether it would get me where I needed to go.

• Very easy, very cost effective and great communication from Mitchell and Drive Mate. Have rented through Drive Mate before and definitely would rent through them again. I highly recommend this platform for its ease of operation and fantastic customer service.
