Charged 2 x $200 late fees and am now being charged an extra $1204 on-top of that for damages that were already there when I picked the van up because the owner is holding a grudge. Not impressed by his behaviour or the hidden extra charges that have already been taken from my account considering I extended before the trip ended up until the last morning. Do not book this van, it is shitful to drive, the rubber seals constantly fall off the doors, there is no Bluetooth and it is a petrol guzzler. Plus the interior light was hanging by a wire, the van was dirty and the immobilizer ring constantly unstuck from around the key hole making it super annoying every time I needed to start the van. The owner is a scammer and just wants to take extra money where he can! BEWARE!!

Great host and communication was prompt, answered our calls every time. The only minor issue we experienced was that the car was not at the pickup location mentioned so we had to pick up from another location. But I take it this was only a once-off because the car was getting serviced.

Dinh was fantastic—friendly, professional, and always quick to respond whenever I called. The van was spacious and ideal for transporting my daughter’s birthday decorations to the venue. However, it had a battery issue, and I had to jump-start it every time I turned off the engine. Fortunately, I had jumper cables and knew what to do—otherwise, it could have seriously disrupted the day.
