Not a great experience. Location of key was at wrong house, no clear instructions. After 20 mins of trying to communicate with owner and find where lock pad is, they finally called and told keys was at a different house.

Dinh was fantastic—friendly, professional, and always quick to respond whenever I called. The van was spacious and ideal for transporting my daughter’s birthday decorations to the venue. However, it had a battery issue, and I had to jump-start it every time I turned off the engine. Fortunately, I had jumper cables and knew what to do—otherwise, it could have seriously disrupted the day.
