Dinh was fantastic—friendly, professional, and always quick to respond whenever I called. The van was spacious and ideal for transporting my daughter’s birthday decorations to the venue. However, it had a battery issue, and I had to jump-start it every time I turned off the engine. Fortunately, I had jumper cables and knew what to do—otherwise, it could have seriously disrupted the day.
