Only problem was with difficulty extending the booking - system too cumbersome.

Good. Car left clean. They didn't rebook correctly according to the awkward rules for extending a booking. Caused a hassle but it'll be easier next time. Hopefully the system can be made more user-friendly for people wanting to extend their booking.
