Some issues with the app but overall was good

Host wasnt very responsive but other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Good car, but the tires are bit smooth making the car hard to control when it rains

I was charged an extra $169 for being 15min late returning the car. I had to add petrol as well. I might as well extended the trip for another day. It would have been cheaper!

Great car
Jishnu Prasad•August 2025•
Rude abrupt service, I turned up to the provided address and walked around trying to find the car, i messaged and no reponse so called the number and was told it was a few minutes walk, which ordinarily would be fine except for the torrential downpour that day, i got to the new address and had to go through a weird renovation to eventually find the host. As per other companies i assumed it would hust be a lock box and thats it. It took 15-20 minutes to then head back out to the vehicle. Other than a fair bit dusty/ dirty inside the vehicle was a good little run about, they swtiched it with my authority as they didnt have the car i originally booked.
