Very sad, damaged car, personal belongings missing, car not returned on time, lied about flat battery, dropped the car on the road far away from drop off area with the key

Car was returned clean but it has a faint smell of smoke. Also small amounts of what looks like cigarette ash left behind. Fuel was topped up before returning though it was a couple of hours late.
