Nathalia is a fantastic host and person. The car radiator overheated as I was driving and the lid fell off. However I was able to continue driving it once it was sorted out. The host is very very good with communication and recommend her highly.

It was a great car to rent when I needed to move something with a trailer, and if you're not used to driving 4 wheel drives its very easy to pick it up in this car. The host is also really good! Thank you :)

DO NOT HIRE THIS CAR! I hired this car for 2 days. On the second day I was unable to start it as the battery was completely flat. I called DriveMate and the owner to request they call the RACV. The RACV arrived and told me that the battery in the car needed to be replaced because it was the wrong type of battery for the car and it was drained. The battery needed to be paid for before it was installed however the owner refused to pay for it saying he wanted to send someone to look at the car the next day. I called DriveMate to complain and the matter was resolved when they paid for the battery on the owners behalf. The entire episode took over 7 hours.
