The pick up and drop was not great if I new it would be this much trouble compared to the pick up when it was located at Woolies I would have cancelled and booked a different car. Such a shame as I have hired the car previously last year and it was always a great experience. The $60 it cost me to collect and return the car using transport services when I was never notified by email on the change of location was a cost I didnβt budget for, very unhappy customer.

Easy to use and economical car. We were on the way to pick up a car on Xmas morning to drive to family dinner and it was cancelled last minute and we were able to get this car within 20 mins . Instructions were easy and cars simple to drive.

Carly was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful when DriveMates platform had numerous issues. She helped in raising and sorting the issues from her end too and was very supportive as a host. The car is a great zippy thing with loads of boot space and good blue tooth and cruise functions.

Great car! Super easy to use and book. PS: there is no automatic door locking with the keyless system with this car. Please be aware to lock through the app before ending the trip or youβll be stuck like me :)
