This car has been nothing but troublesome. It only worked when I picked it up and then it was downhill from there. Car could not start for 3 days and it had to be towed back to the owners as NRMA couldn’t diagnose the issue and 2 separate call-outs. Utterly disappointed

The host was fantastic—very friendly, professional, and accommodating. They made the pickup and drop-off process seamless and stress-free. The only minor drawback was that the car was dirty when I received it. Despite this small issue, the excellent service from the host made the experience positive overall. I would definitely consider renting from them again.
