The car was great and the owner was super helpful. The drop off and pick up were easy to manage with the owner but could have been way better if the app worked. The app was a total disappointment as we could bring start or end the trip on it as it wouldn’t let us upload any photos. We were forced to call drivemate and then send the photos by email. The good part was that we didn’t have to wait too long and were able to get through to them quite quickly. The customer service agents were very responsive and helpful too. Would highly recommend this car and the owner. Thanks!

The van was great and easily accommodated 12 of us (plus luggage). Vikas was also a great host and was very responsive.

Very comfortable and easy to drive van. Vikas is really nice, easy to communicate, he explains about the van during key handover. Definitely recommend this van.
