Great host. Easy to deal with

The car was great and easy to collect. Although, when I went to return the car and opened the app to do so, the app did not appear to have registered that I had collected and used the car in the first place. So I had no option to drop off/'return' ths car through the app. I locked the car and left it where I was supposed to. Drive Mate has now charged me an extra $200 and appear to believe that I have still not returned the car. This makes no sense as 1)it was returned on time and 2) from my perspective through my Drive Mate account Drive Mate did not even register that I had collected the car 2 days prior. This experience is a little disconcerting..

Car was dirty, the seat control is broken so unless youre really tall you cant reach the pedals, definitely has illegal levels of tint on the window and you can't lock or unlock the car once you get it, there is nobody who can help with anything as the person whos listing it is isnt the owner
