• Car is unsafe to drive. The mirror is drooping. It's not in place. The service is bad, it required me to upload a selfie with my licence at night time Pick up and added two hours to an inconvenient pick up. In addition, there was no remote control in the car and I had to use emergency unlock using the key and the alarm went off at night. Very bad experience. Highly unreccomended. Plus the customer service is foreign and unwilling to help and advise for solutions. Cluesles and unprofessional. Not worth the trouble. I'd recommend that people rent a car from another service provider.

• Car very dirty, covered in mud and leaves outside no window washer liquid and odometer states needs routine service. Interior quite dirty with rubbish and greasy/dusty services. Car worked fine apart from that.

• It was bad experience, I spent 1 hour to find unrestricted parking spot on the designated area and still couldn’t find it. Called the drive mate team, and spent another 30 minutes to find parking spot outside 500m parking range. Add 1 ⭐️because car was nice

• The car runs really well and is tidy but I think it’s far overdue for a good clean and especially on the inside. The car is so dusty I was affected and got allergies from it my throat and nose were very affected by the dust. The inside of the windscreen had a grimy layer on it and was hard to see out from even after cleaning the outside and inside. Great car and smooth overall process but just needs a really thorough clean!

• Car was in relatively good condition on pick up. The engine seemed to make a strange noise whenever it was started and engine light was on when originally picked up from owner, but didn't have any mechanical issues throughout my time using the car. All round a good experience

• This is the worst experience with a car share company I have ever had. Picked up a car with faults autoelectrical issues. Reported it to them. The customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. 1 day into a 3 day booking I had to drop the car back. As organised they offered a refund and then just ignored me. They rang me to offer a refund. Then never paid it just sat pending. Even after they offered. I requested my security deposit back and 48 hours later its still pending and 5 calls. Never use this service drivemate is the worst I have ever used. It's so far behind goget, flexcar, sixt any of those companies not a problem ever. Drivemate just lie and steal and the customer service is completely unprofessional. I fully expect not to be refunded my $500 security deposit because this company has zero care
