      Redmond sent a lady friend to deliver the car back 2 days late on a 2 day original hire, it had travelled intergalactic kilometers during hire, fuel was almost empty, cigarette smoke smell evident. This is the first time I’ve not given a hirer 5 stars. I basically only ever give 5 stars, I’m not difficult to please. Hopefully this will be my first and last non 5 star rating.
