• Car on Pick up was not cleaned and the petrol was a little under the quarter mark. I know for a fact that this is not Daniel’s expectation as I have hired this car before. Furthermore I was hit with a large bill for kms driven - also news to me as I’ve never had to pay this before. Even with local driving it was extreme. Glad to say this prompted me just to buy myself a damn car lol.

• Car great, nice little run around. But dont like Drive Mate app, long and drawn out. On collection i had trouble loaing photos and rang customer services. I found the lady hard to understand accent and she did seem a bit rude, but perhaps thats a cultural thing. Shall not use app again Sorry Daniel, no issue with you.

• I conveniently picked up the Suzi on the same day as booking. That is probably why it was not clean (in or out) and the tank was 3/4 full. It did not unlock on pick up (fault of the app) so I called customer service and they opened it for me after sending them photos. Drop off was fine. The car is great for zipping around Brisbane. It has a lot of dings but that didn't matter to us.
