Jemima was very helpful and friendly throughout the trip. Very useful van for camping trip. Van managed a hot trip to and from Torquay. Air conditioning not that effective though.

Easy pick up and drop off. Communication with Jemima was great. Van rattles and air con isn't the greatest, but it's clean, has heaps of space, and does the job for a fantastic price!

host was really amazing but had some issues at the beginning of the trip with the last person that had the car amd did not return it on time. I find this website can be very misleading and the support team are not good with helping with customer complaints. Again, I want to say that this has nothing to do with Jemima, more about not being able to have my refund and being charged for a late fee when I wasn’t late. And again being charged today $331.00 for mo reason

Parked at a convenient location, easy to drive, Bluetooth worked and got us from A to B comfortably. Does need a clean generally, mostly exterior as parked under a tree!

Great car to drive overall. Only downsides were: - The wind screen washer fluid was low to begin with, so it was hard to wipe the screen on the drive - The car didn't detect the radio for half of the duration of the booking days which was really weird (it wasn't selectable on the master screen), so I was unable to listen to music
