It is a good car. Yet, it did take forever until I received the code from drive mate. I had to call them to get everything sorted and got the car an hour later than originally planned. Also, the car was extremely dirty from the outside, that I couldn’t see much at the start. But was okay overall.

Perfect car for trips around the Port Douglas area

I recently rented a car and overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, there were a couple of issues that stood out. The car was a bit dirty when I picked it up. Additionally, there were times when it was difficult to start, almost as if there was a problem with the battery. Despite these issues, driving the car was a pleasure, and it performed well on the road. I would recommend this rental, but I hope they can improve on the cleanliness and maintenance next time.
