The host was prompt in showing up and handing over the keys. The car was kept clean and neat from outside and inside. But the car was returned within an hour, as I found it too risky to drive with the car with the reverse gear switch where the car was supposed to go back, it was going forward in reverse gear for a couple of seconds. There were 2 times I almost bumped into the front car and was quite jarring and a risky one to drive.
