I asked specifically if the tyres were in good condition and indicators were working before booking. He confirmed so I booked. Got the car and one tyre was too worn and one indicator wasn't working - not roadworthy. I got the indicator fixed and brought the receipt (with additional indicator bulb - comes in pairs) when returning the car and expected to be reimbursed but no one came out of the house (like when I picked up the car). So I left the receipt and extra bulb there. Still haven't been reimbursed.
