Car was great. But the app is problematic. It uses an instant key function to unlock and lock doors. On return, when you proceed to complete the booking and insert required photos and info, it does not give you an option to lock the vehicle. I had to call to emergency helpline for them to remotely lock the car. This needs to be fixed - the car owner suggested it was an issue with the app.

I was originally planning to hire a hatchback. Glad I went for the Caddy instead. The extra space really made things easier during a move out. The vehicle not having physical locks makes the returning process a bit weird as I had to call Drivemate to lock it for me. Besides that everything was great!
