Can was great to drive and it was an easy pickup/ drop off. Four stars because there was a weird clanking in the front and there was a bit of old rubbish left in the car.

Easy process

Nice car but something was rattling really badly in the front. Ok to drive short distance but it needs to be fixed if someone wants to take it long distance. I wouldn’t feel safe driving it on the highway.

Great van. Thanks 👍

Excellent van. Would like a trolley in the back to help with moving. Make sure foot is on brake to start the car. Key is in glove box.

Vehicle was dirty from previous user. Flowers, leaves and dirt all over the floors. Cigarette butt left in side door and entries vehicle smelled of smoke. Gave 3 stars because vehicle itself is reliable, good size for transporting, easy parking, affordable pricing.

Car was great. But the app is problematic. It uses an instant key function to unlock and lock doors. On return, when you proceed to complete the booking and insert required photos and info, it does not give you an option to lock the vehicle. I had to call to emergency helpline for them to remotely lock the car. This needs to be fixed - the car owner suggested it was an issue with the app.

I was originally planning to hire a hatchback. Glad I went for the Caddy instead. The extra space really made things easier during a move out. The vehicle not having physical locks makes the returning process a bit weird as I had to call Drivemate to lock it for me. Besides that everything was great!
