I would leave no stars if I could. The car was really dirty when I picked it up and it was rented out on roadworthy with only one headlight working which I paid money to fix only to then realise the indicators were out as well. The whole experience was a stuff around and I returned the car early and then got $210 taken out of my bank account with him claiming the mess in the car was made by me. Where actually I refused to clean it when I got it in that state. This host is a criminal.

Nice economical.versitile car. Good host who responds to queries promptly. Drive mate service team always there to help with whatever issues you encounter. The app was fantastic. Will use next time. Some confusion exists though regarding milieage charge and included plus fuel cost. Not sure you pay for allowed mileage or you pay for over the pickup kilometer reading. I think drive mate needs to be very clear on this

Great value vehicle for 7. Drives well enough for a long day trip. I parked at the wrong spot during return, but thankfully the host was able to resolve the situation for me. Would definitely be a return renter!

Car drove really smoothly and had loads of boot space which was very handy. Only couple of issues we had were the key fob didn’t work, meaning we had to lock/unlock the car via the app (tricky at times as we were driving regionally) and there was a parking break fault that flashed up during the trip. This didn’t affect us too much however and we would definitely use this car again.
