this car was parked at a Wilson parking lot in CBD. The button to exit the car park which was in the car didn't open the gate. I was then told by Wilson parking at the barrier that $72 was due to be paid on the car. I was unable to reverse due to cars piling up behind me so I had no other choice but to pay the fee. The host has refused to pay his own parking fee for the car or even consider given me some money back. I wouldn't recommend using this person due to the lack of human decency.

End trip earlier. Car was reversing while on D. Host decided to send his friend to take the car without informing me, with my belonging still in the car booth, because according to him car left unattended. The car actually was on paid off street parking in front of my place while i was having dinner. Poor communication. Horrible experience.

The car was really nice and easy to drive. It's small, so parking it is a breeze! I definitely recommend this car. The owner is great too; they always pick up the phone when you call, which is super helpful. The only hiccup was with the Drivemate app—it needs to do better with the drop-off process. Sometimes it doesn't let you drop the car off, which can be a bit frustrating. But overall, I had a really good experience!

Car was new and clean. It drives flawlessly. Couldn't asked for a better 7-seater car. I just wish the pickup process coule be more straightforward. The app couldn't detect that I was right next to the car so I had to call the drivemate team. Izzy assisted me very quickly and unlocked the car for me.

I was a little bit disappointed with this rental - when I arrived to take the car I saw that the drivers side wing mirror was completely smashed, which made the car a hazard to be driven. I needed to buy a mirror from the chemist and attach it to the wing mirror, which if paying for a car, I shouldn't have to do - this cost time and money on my part and made my morning a lot more stressful than it needed to be. I am including this on the review in the hopes that the owner fixes this problem promptly as in its current state, it's hazardous and may incur a police fine. Other than that the car functioned as expected.

Driving the car was a positive experience with no issues. However, I noticed that there is currently no method for locking the car upon drop-off. It would be beneficial for Drive Mates to address this concern.

This Toyota Yaris/Vitz is great little car. I thoroughly enjoyed this car and it is in brilliant condition. Kian, the owner, is responsive. This cars pickup location was easy to locate & drive out. Will definitely rent this car again. Highly recommended.
