My trip experience with the functioning and expectations of the car was great. Reliable and easy to drive. The owner of the vehicle - Andrew Taylor, was exceptional with communication and went above and beyond to assist me and provide solutions to issues created by a dysfunctional App. My experience with the support team after hours of trying to get assistance to simply extend a trip, was very poor. I don't blame the support Team, I feel that Management has not provided them with adequate training, efficiency and knowledge to deal with basic App issues. I would highly recommend booking one of Andrew vehicles, and cross your fingers that your trip runs smoothly and you don't need the Drive mate support team.. It was very stressful, and frustrating all week, with no resolution to the issue.The 5 stars are for Andrew, not Drive mate company.

Andrew had great communication > better than the app staff actually. I had issue opening the car due to an app fault and Andrew was helpful, available and very polite and nice with it. The car was a great little zip around also. All in all a good experience and I will use app again.

Andrew communicated well and he was very pleasant when we met him to return the keys at the end of the rental period. The car was easy to drive and was clean. I would definitely recommend it as a hire car for trips in and around Brisbane!
