Andrew had great communication > better than the app staff actually. I had issue opening the car due to an app fault and Andrew was helpful, available and very polite and nice with it. The car was a great little zip around also. All in all a good experience and I will use app again.

Host was very accommodating, the car became undriveable for some reason on second day but the car was towed with no fuss. When I did drive the car was clean and drove well
