Slimey guy. Arrived 45 minutes late(which I warned him about and was absolutely fine when I met him). The total cost for my trip was 467 dollars for a week with the car. He has then proceeded to charge 183 dollars late return and now 123 dollar cleaning fee. When i returned the car clean. AVOID at all costs. Absolute scammer. Really disheartened by this. Have raised dispute with drivemate. Will escalate this further outside of the platform. He has also refused to contact me when I have tried to get in touch.
