• Car was in a terrible condition. Dirty inside, they don’t check inside the car or clean before giving it to the next customer , car needs alignment and balancing. Couldn’t drive over 90km/h… bad experience.

• The car I had booked had not been returned prior to my collection of the vehicle however, Maryam had another suitable vehicle for us to hire. The car itself was well overdue for a service (according to the sticker on the dash and the warning messages), a piece of plastic trim above the passenger side wheel arch came off on the highway so we had to re-attach that. The front tyres also were unlikely to pass a roadworthy. I would rent a vehicle from Maryam again however, not this particular vehicle.

• The car was good and the host was quick to respond to queries. The only issue is there was a glitch in the CarPlay which didn’t really matter.

• Car was filthy inside and out. There are marks on the left passenger side, that weren't disclosed or even mentioned in add. The windows were covered in cigarette residue, it took a whole bottle of cleaner and a scrapper to get off. The car outside was very dirty and covered in black stuff I left the car spotless obviously because of my ocd. I wouldn't recommend paying anything near the price they are charging unless you really had to.
