Easy van hire with no issues. Owner was pleasant, responsive and helpful. Vehicle drove well, no problems, and I liked the extra trolleys in the back which helped heaps with moving.

Matthew is great, very helpful - but Drivemate is the worst, apparently they believe it’s acceptable to leave customers (including a pregnant woman) stranded on the side of the road for 4+ hours with no way home and no communication or helpful resolution.

It was a standard hi-ace for its age. Good for smaller items to move. It had some trouble getting up a steepish driveway with the back tyre. Sometimes tyres screeched going round corners (at low speeds)!

Great van and great communication Please note that there are 2 Boronia Streets within close proximity, make sure to go to the correct one in Kensington! Parking was difficult afterwards as it is a very busy street. I recommend giving yourself extra time to park up afterwards as it took us almost 30 mins to secure a spot in the vicinity.
