Vy is a lovely host and a 5 star, and I appreciate her very much, however, the App and the customer service provided by Drive Mate doesn’t have the clients best interest in mind. It took me 50 minutes when picking up the car while waiting for the right code to open the lockbox and I was standing in the heat. The previous driver had left the car very dirty and smelly. At drop off, the car had to be parked 10 blocks from where I live instead of the street where I picked it up. I had to carry my groceries and two carry bags uphill to Miller street and then walk another 7 blocks to my home. Not fair. The car had NO petrol when I turned on the engine, luckily I had money for petrol at the moment. Not a convenient situation at all, and I am still waiting for a refund for all the issues caused. At drop off, the app wouldn’t allow me to drop of close to my home which is the same area where I picked it up. It blocked somehow the END TRIP feature. That’s unnaceptable!!!!! Very inconvenient and stressful situation.
