Great van to use to move a couch, had trouble getting car unlocked but calling drive mate helpline worked. It's hard to do the drop off in time before you get charged extra more of a drive mate thing

Drivemate website is the absolute worst. Give yourself 30min just to work the website on pick up and drop off. Anthony was great. Car was great. No issues with the actual car.
