The host was definitely kind and responsive, but both pick-up and drop-off were problematic. At pick-up, the keys weren’t available, and I had to call the host to get them. At the car drop-off, the initial pick-up request wasn’t approved, causing delays and issues with ending the trip. The car itself had numerous warning lights, including damaged collision sensors, which the host assured me were fine to ignore—but it was distracting and didn’t feel safe.
