First of all I booked a van at 8am and the van wasn’t at pick up point then host didn’t answer and then had to go thru drive mate which took forever for them to tell me sorry for inconvenience that’s all. Didn’t offer me a new van or atleast discount coz I had to book different van. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone as ended up huge headache
