The worst 1st experience of a company I’ve ever had, truly, and I never usually complain. An experience all down to consistent tech failures and a host that doesn’t care to clean, maintain or service a car to assure customers safety. Never again.

Wiper blades need replacement. It's actually dangerous driving in the rain with the state of them.

Super easy pick up and drop off. Inside of car had a bit of dirt on the back seat which I didn’t initially see because it was dark when I picked up the car. Wipers also need replacing, but Rowan was very helpful with all questions I had.
