I'd give no stars if there was the option..This was the worst experience I've had on this app so far tbh. The vehicle was filthy, mainly the interior but the outside wasn't much better. The whole inside was covered in dog hair, indisposed rubbish and other ppls belongings.The engine lights x 4 were on including for scheduled maintenance requirement light. Brakes squealing, sounded so rough on turnover, tyres not in rwc and we had to put air in all 4 as they were all below recommended psi. Prompted by the above we checked engine oil, coolant and washer fluids which were low or empty and the engine hot. I reported to the app the morning of pick up and in chat they responded saying someone would be in touch soon. It was 3 days later over 6 hours of vehicle downtime while I had to have it professionally cleaned at a cost to me of $130. I included a report on the vehicles substantially exterior damage that is not truly representative in the advertised pictures of the app. It was deceitful and in my opinion the app and host should be held accountable.

The car itself ran really well and pick up and drop off was nice an easy. However when I picked up the back seat was full of dog hair and smelt. And the front of the car was unclipped which wasn’t shown in the images

The worst 1st experience of a company I’ve ever had, truly, and I never usually complain. An experience all down to consistent tech failures and a host that doesn’t care to clean, maintain or service a car to assure customers safety. Never again.

Super easy pick up and drop off. Inside of car had a bit of dirt on the back seat which I didn’t initially see because it was dark when I picked up the car. Wipers also need replacing, but Rowan was very helpful with all questions I had.
