Unfortunately the car was really dirty and failed to start multiple times. The headlights are quite sketchy too ?need height adjusting or something. The experience overall was made poor further by the websites performance and not loading the map to see where the vehicle was (not the address listed) - this part is not specific to this vehicle only though.

Great car to get you from A to B. External Bluetooth system can work for an hour and then disconnect every 5mins. Particularly painful if you're travelling solo. Pretty decent for that price though

This car was good to get me where I needed on a short trip around Melbourne, avoiding all the uber fees. However, I got hit with some pretty big late fees and “inconvenience” fees. I genuinely thought the trip was ending at 4:30, so that was my bad for being late, however I couldn’t easily find parking to drop off, it’s quite a busy suburban area and that was quite inconvenient for me. I will say, despite the car being super old so you get what you pay for with the plenty of exterior blemishes, stiff steering, and slow to start everytime. The added CarPlay system was handy and it got me from A to B with minimal issues. Just worth mentioning all the above when people decide on this car to rent. Fine for solo driver, wanting to save on Ubers and cabs. Stephen was good to communicate and deal with too.

The car is an older model and drives very well when I picked up car it was a bit dirty inside on carpet mats with grass from previous guest, reverse camera and interface screen wasn't working I found a wire unplugged so I contacted owner to check if it should be plugged in, after plugging in wire it worked the only issue is it's not securely attached and jumps out from dash you need to wedge it in hard against the hinged flap, the other issue is the boot keeps dropping down as the actuator is worn out and not holding the boot up it should be fixed as it hit me on the head when opening the boot..
