Car was great , good price . I actually collected the car on time 8 pm not 8:30 pm . I had difficulty being first time user uploading all photos. The area were the car. Is is dark ao hope the photos turn out . I found the app hard to navigate at start and to end the trip . Photos stalled on upload and had to refresh app a few times . Hopefully next time round I find it easier .

Vanimal was perfect and well equipped with trolleys, sheets etc, had a spotless interior and fit the job great. Jack responded very quickly and was extremely helpful when asked some queries. Great experience.
