The van is great, but the keyless access is absolutely horrible when there’s poor reception. I had to call drivemate multiple times to have the vehicle unlocked. The second time I called, left a message and no response. Need a backup key or offline option.

The car was excellent. Good for ferrying 8 people. The only thing to be aware of is the guidelines shown when reversing the car are not accurate and you need to look in the side mirrors for accurate position of the car.
