Really easy pick up and drop off. Car was solid and drove well. Left window didn’t wind down though but everything else was great

The owner was great in trying to solve issue with car and being helpful in arranging replacement. Drive mate customer service on the other hand are useless could not action a simple request to rebook a different car given issue with first booking despite being advised by owner and user
