I had an excellent experience with this car hire service! Lucia was absolutely wonderful to deal with! She is kind, accommodating, and made the whole car hire process so easy. The car was clean, reliable, and perfect for my trip. Pick-up and drop-off were simple, and Lucia went out of her way to hand the key, make sure everything was smooth. I really appreciated her warm and friendly communication—it felt like hiring from a friend rather than a company. Highly recommend booking with Lucia, and I’d definitely rent from her again!
