The van was used to facilitate a house move and the included trolley was the main reason for selecting this vehicle. Unfortunately, the trolley wasn’t included as it had been missing since the last person had used the van, but the description hadn’t been updated. The host knew the trolley was missing and apologised when questioned about it but hadn’t changed the description so it is still misleading. The delay of not having a trolley and time spent trying to source one resulted in having to extend the time using the van. Overall disappointing.

Great communication from the host, and easy to deal with. Affordable price if your on a budget, car is small and compact and fuel economy was good. The car is a little run down and could use a little TLC but given its age I it’s to be expected, it got us to where we needed to to go she we are happy!
