      Brendon had the opportunity to put his words into action. He apologised for previously leaving the interior with sand all on the floor & seats. So, do you think that he cleaned the car inside & out in line with standard expectations ? No.! It got worse... There were no interior photos uploaded & the exterior photos were only of the vehicle front end. I sent him a screenshot of the guest photos section of the Rental Agreement. He made the excuse of 'problems with the app'. He had no problems with the app to extend the drop off for half an hour only 45mins prior. What Brendon says is contradictory to how he chooses to behave.

      Brendon did not document interior at start or end of trip. This is a first. He must have been in a hurry. Upon return, there was sand on the seats, I found sand filled underwear under the front passenger seat. So, Brendon forgot to clean the car interior. C’est la vie, right !?
