Very great and friendly host, I rented another van from this host, but that car have something need to be repaired, the host cancelled my booking for free and give me this car for a lower price! The car is easy to locate, and can be easily pick up and drop off. The car have a massive space, it can hold up either a whole family of 8 or 2 queen size mattress and 5 big suitcases. Anyway, it’s a wonderful thing to rent this car!

This is a great little car and the host is also wonderful, and really responsive and helpful! Would just suggest to future guests to look at the video before you go to pick up the car to avoid unnecessary running around. Also note Drive Mate phone lock app doesn't work if you don't have reception... So keep that in mind if you're going out of the city!

Surprisingly roomy interior, the interior is extremely roomy and feels premium. The digital display looks advanced and not to mention the infotainment touchscreen being so easy to connect to and having so much detail and options including apple play connectivity. All this plus the host just being an all round awesome flexible person makes this car 10000% worth renting

This host is a bit unreasonable. When I picked up the car today, the process was strange. I had to wait for someone to enter or exit the parking lot before I could go in and get the car. Once I got to the car, I found it couldn’t be working and cant turn on the car, just like the situation I showed you in the picture earlier. I let these issues slide, as they could be explained technically. However, today, I returned the car to the host earlier than scheduled, but the host demanded that I arrive on time and insisted that I couldn’t be late because they had already arranged for a locksmith to meet him repair the key The delay in picking up the car wasted so much of my valuable time. Yet, I returned the car one day early for their convenience. So why were they rushing me so urgently? What’s the reason behind this?

Booked a car with Drivemate, but it wasn’t available when we arrived to pick it up. After wasting 2 hours of our time, we finally got refunded and managed to get another car, but the entire ordeal ended up costing us way more than expected. Unprofessional and frustrating experience—it’s safe to say this will be our last time using Drivemate.

The car I originally booked wasn’t available, so I have to rebook another one. It wasted my time and the refund is slow. They don’t manage their cars well.

The car was not located in specified place. I had to call owner 6 times. The car was in the third floor of a parking lot. There was no access to the parking lot I was advice to tailgate The car had low petrol. I did not get any refund from either the owner or the app. I really needed the car and it took me two hours for me to get the car. To return the car I had to tailgate again which was very uncomfortable specially when the building is located in the busy road.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOST. Car was not parked at address provided and extremely difficult to get to. Not worth it. I was not refunded for the absolute waste of time and exhaustion this caused me to not even find the spot. Couldn't get a refund and got absolutely scammed.

This guy is a scam, Beware of this person. Worst experience, he kept us standing on the streets for 2 hours with no response, plus when we reached to the car there’s was no key and he told us to drive to his home in different direction to get the keys. Car really disgusting and not maintained. Even while dropping the car there was no instruction for parking. Do not hire this person’s car.
