I've had really good experiences driving the vehicle. It is in good condition, reasonably clean and a very easy process when booking. Apart from a minor issue with the drive mate app when picking up. I arrived at the time booked but it took at least 34 mins to complete the pick up process. I called Drive mate customer service number a few times (no answer) and left messages (no response). Finally, after the fourth go, it worked.
