Richard was a great communicator. We had a small hiccup with the pickup due to a previous renter not returning the car on time. This was out of Richard’s control, yet Richard tried his best to resolve the issue a quickly as possible, keeping us updated along the way which was greatly appreciated.

Good car, but some little problems with left side mirror, rear window film obstructing view at night and rear sensors not working. But smooth drive and hirer easy to communicate with. Problem of pick up at night - no lights to take photos in the dark effectively.

Car was immaculate and clean inside. Had problems with the car when we were about to return it… the car struggled to start and only started after a 15 min wait.

Car was great. The system didnt work on the first day to get me into the car. It did work on the second day. And then It wouldnt allow me to finish the trip on the final day. I called Drivemate and left a message and no one called me back. No fault of the car or the owner. They were great.
