I hired a car through Drive Mate for 5 days and had a very smooth experience. The car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hands-free connectivity was especially useful for navigation, making driving around very convenient. There were no issues at all during the trip—nothing to report or rectify. The entire process, from picking up the keys to dropping off the car, was simple and hassle-free. Michaela was a helpful and responsive host, which made the experience even better. The car is located in a nice, quiet street, and returning it there at the end of the trip was easy. It’s also very conveniently located, just about 6–8 minutes from Adelaide Airport by Uber, making access quick and straightforward. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
