      Sony was communicative and kept me informed during the trip, which I really appreciate. Although the car wasn’t returned as clean as expected, I understand it was a challenging trip due to the air-conditioning issue. I’m glad we could address the problem, and I’d be happy to rent to Sony again in the future under better circumstances.
