      Car was left very dirty with all the waste lying on the floor and also the guest smoked in the car inspite of clear no smoking rules, cigarette ashes, lighter and even the cigarette buds were lying on the floor, I wouldn't recommend renting the car again

      Sony was communicative and kept me informed during the trip, which I really appreciate. Although the car wasn’t returned as clean as expected, I understand it was a challenging trip due to the air-conditioning issue. I’m glad we could address the problem, and I’d be happy to rent to Sony again in the future under better circumstances.
