Incredibly helpful and responsive host, who stepped in at a moment's notice to troubleshoot when the app wasn't unlocking the car. I would definitely recommend hiring a car from Jurgen and he would be my first choice if I need one again in the future.

Great guest, drove the car a lot and returned a little early. Plenty of fuel in the tank too.
