Smooth process good car runs well. I recommend that it gets a thorough clean as it’s very dusty outside and inside a bit smelly too. Needs some airing out

Poor rating for this car. Not maintained at all, car was dirty on the outside with cobwebs hanging from rear view mirrors, and the inside was covered with dirt and leaves. There was no coolant in the car, and we ended up having to take a trip to the mechanic within the first 2 hours of having the car, however Rahul was co-operative when we reported the issue and offered assistance. The 2nd day, the car wouldn’t unlock for hours. The helpline were quite unhelpful, as they couldn’t unlock the car from their system either. No physical key left in the car as an alternative. This day, Rahul was completely unhelpful when we tried to report another issue. He deliberately hung up the phone, and blocked any other phone calls when we tried to contact him. After a few technical issues, not the hosters fault, I got on the road. Drive mate as an app has some glaring issues but Rahul G is a helpful guy. The car was well maintained, clean and nice to drive. Cheers

Car was good to drive, at pickup is wasn't overly clean, a bit of pet hair in the car and the outside was quite dirty however it was parked on a street that had a large amount of trees that that drop pollen etc and the owner was away at the time so I cannot fault them for the external of the car. Otherwise the owner was quick to respond for questions and there wasn't any major issues. No remote for central locking and the passenger side unlocking is quite annoying (need to turn the ignition on before you can unlock the passenger side) Aircon worked well, large amount of space and Bluetooth worked well after figuring out how to connect. Good car for the price.

Car runs great. Pick up and drop off very smooth, drove all day and only used half a tank ($35). Car needed a little cleaning but the overall experience was quite good
