We had an issue with starting the van initially and Johan was quick to guide us through the steps to diagnose the problem whilst he jumped into his car to make his way over to help us however in following the steps he described over the phone we were able to start the car (there was not an actual problem just drive mates way to ensure rental car is Secure). Thanks Johan will def rent again in future
